Refund Policy

Kittys Platter Company reserves the right to retain 50% of any order if cancelled within 24 hours of the requested delivery time and date in order to cover the cost of ingredient purchased and used to begin preparing the order.

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery time will not qualifty for any refund at all.
